Mediterranean Hummus and Baba Ganoosh served with Toasted Pita Triangles

Southwest Tomato & Black Bean Roasted Corn Salsas served with Tortilla Chips

Freshly prepared Bruschetta topped with sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, and fresh mozzarella

Our Signature Eggplant Napoleon assembled from Oven Roasted Eggplant and Red Peppers in a Balsamic Vinaigrette Reduction and served with French Bread

Grilled, Roasted, and Marinated Vegetables including Eggplant, Red and Green Peppers, Zucchini, Carrots, Red Onions, Sweet Potatoes, and Italian Plum Tomatoes

Hot hors d’oeuvres will be passed by our server with appropriate dipping sauces

Entrees

Cold Poached Salmon on an expertly garnished platter, served with our own Dijon Dill Sauce

Grilled Filet Mignon, seasoned naturally, sliced and served at room temperature with Tomato Confit and a Dijon Horseradish

Oriental Chicken Stir Fry Station

Our server will prepare a frshly made Chicken or Vegetable Stir Fry for your guests. The Stir Fry is prepared using marinated chicken blended with colorful oriental vegetables. The mixture is heated to a sizzle in a wok and served with fried rice.

 

Pasta Station

Our server will prepare a freshly made pasta entree for your guests. Your guests will be able to choose from three sauces: White Wine Vegetable Primavera, Basil Pesto, or Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives and Basil.

 

 

Salad

Tossed Garden Salad prepared with Red Leaf Lettuce, Romaine, and Mesclun and served with our homemade Vinaigrette Dressing

Dinner Rolls and Butter

Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad Honeydew Melon, Cantaloupe, Strawberries, Blueberries, Pineapple, Kiwi & Orange Slices
