Do you provide serving staff?

We have a complete staff of trained event mangers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to enable you to enjoy your party as a guest.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept CASH, checks, CASH, all major credit cards, and, of course, CASH.

Can I taste the food I’m planning to order?

Categories: General

Yes. To try any of our foods, we suggest you purchase one of our take home dinners.  This way it’s more than a just a “taste” and you can sample it in your home, not in our office with someone looking over your shoulder.  Most of the foods we prepare are available on our dinner menu.  If what you’re looking for isn’t on the menu, just ask our one of our event planning specialists.

Are you Kosher?

Strictly speaking no. Some people, however, who are Kosher will eat some of our foods depending on how Kosher they are.  Also we know and understand many of the Kosher rules so can prepare our foods to be “Kosher Style”.  If you have any questions regarding Kosher foods, please call and ask for Howie.

Do I have to come in to order?

Most orders can be placed over the phone or via email. If you’re planning wedding, Bar Mitzvah or other major event, it’s best we talk in person. You can come to our office or we can meet you at your home or at the location of the party.

How far in advance do I have to order?

Depending on exactly what foods you’re looking for, we can prepare your foods with about a weeks notice (sometimes even less). If, however, you want delivery or serving staff at your party, it’s best to order as far in advance as possible.

Do you provide rentals tables, chairs, dinnerware, etc.?

Yes. We work through Cartwright Party Rentals in Carmel (www.rentaparty.com).  They can provide anything you’ll need for your party.

Do you provide chafing dishes?

Yes.  You can purchase chafing dishes from us at a nominal cost.

Can my food be delivered hot?

Most of the time. If the delivery schedule permits it, your foods can be delivered hot and ready to eat.

Do you deliver?

Yes.  We can deliver if our delivery schedule permits it. Delivery charges may apply.

When are you open?

Categories: General

We are generally in our office from 9:00 – 5:00 Monday to Friday. On weekends we’re usually out at parties but you can always call and leave a message or send us an email (howie@gerskys.com) and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
